Twin County Airport is located in the heart of the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains of southwest Virginia, adjacent to Interstate 77 near exit 19. We are 6 miles west of Hillsville and 11 miles northeast of Galax.
The Twin County Airport Commission was chartered in 1964 by an Act of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The Commission establishes policy for airport matters, authorizes project submittals, and approves the annual operating budget. Meetings are held on a monthly basis and are open to the public. Contact the Airport Manager for meeting date and advise if you wish to be listed on the agenda.
